Indwell is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Manager to lead our supportive housing programs at Lakeshore Lofts and Cornerstone Suites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring the provision of a supportive environment for our tenants, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Supervise and support employees, students, and volunteers, providing leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of program goals.
  • Collaborate with community and health partners to establish and maintain excellent relationships that support the team and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations, including those related to health and safety, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, and apply learnings to improve program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field.
  • Three years of managerial experience, preferably in a social service setting.
  • Experience in mental health, addictions, and/or affordable housing is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a car and valid driver's license.
