- Work closely with Global Business Lines, Regional leadership, and Market Sector Leaders to identify strategic new business opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
- Identify areas of high risk and proactively take action to positively impact program outcomes.
- Contribute to the global learning and people development strategy for program management, including talent identification and development of resourcing plans.
- Assess long-term and disruptive trends in the industry, proactively addressing emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Propose skill development approaches and workforce planning to deliver capabilities for the future.
- Actively lead and support the attraction and retention of top-tier talent within program management.
- Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreement, including proactive communication with clients and AECOM leadership on program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in managing programs exceeding $500M, including 4 years of leadership experience.
- Driver's license in good standing.
