Position Overview

The role entails overseeing all operational facets within the district, focusing on enhancing productivity, reducing expenses, and fostering a safe and effective work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with managers and staff at each site to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  2. Onboard new hires with essential training on E360S Values, company protocols, ethics, and product knowledge.
  3. Foster a culture centered on employee welfare, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Regularly conduct performance evaluations and development plans for managers and teams to ensure they meet set goals and maintain professionalism.
  5. Provide guidance and leadership to store managers across all operational aspects.
  6. Recruit, train, mentor, and identify growth opportunities for branch managers.
  7. Oversee district operations, including the resolution of customer grievances.
  8. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, developing strategies to address them.
  9. Support corporate policies and initiatives effectively.
  10. Disseminate operational guidelines within the district.
  11. Communicate with executive leadership regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  12. Ensure district operations adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management.
  14. Enhance operational efficiencies across all locations.
  15. Ensure consistent marketing efforts throughout the district.
  16. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all business units.
  17. Promote and represent the E360S brand positively and effectively.
  18. Manage the regional budget to ensure compliance within financial parameters.
  19. Monitor P&L reports for each business unit.
  20. Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports to promote a profitable and growth-oriented mindset.
  21. Address operational challenges and opportunities as they arise.
  22. Set and elevate site standards through expectations, coaching, and inspections of personnel, facilities, equipment, and customer sites as necessary.
  23. Ensure consistent customer service levels across all business units within the district.
  24. Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and the district.
  25. Oversee operational practices to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  6. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  7. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
