Position Overview

The individual in this role will oversee all operational facets within the district, focusing on optimizing productivity, reducing expenses, and ensuring a safe and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels to ensure achievement of company objectives.
  2. Educate new hires on E360S values, company policies, ethical standards, and product knowledge.
  3. Foster a culture centered around employee engagement, safety, and exceptional customer service.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans for managers and teams to ensure they meet their goals.
  5. Provide guidance and leadership to store managers across all operational aspects.
  6. Recruit, train, mentor, and identify areas for improvement among branch managers.
  7. Oversee district operations, including the resolution of customer issues.
  8. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  9. Support corporate policies and initiatives throughout the district.
  10. Communicate operational guidelines and regulations within the district.
  11. Report to executive leadership on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all district operations.
  13. Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
  14. Enhance operational efficiencies at each location.
  15. Ensure consistent marketing efforts throughout the district.
  16. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all business units.
  17. Promote and represent the E360S brand positively and effectively.
  18. Manage the regional budget to ensure all business units operate within financial parameters.
  19. Monitor and analyze each business unit's profit and loss reports.
  20. Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports to support a growth-oriented mindset.
  21. Address any operational challenges or opportunities that arise.
  22. Set and improve operational standards through coaching and inspection of personnel, facilities, and customer sites as necessary.
  23. Ensure consistent customer service levels across all business units in the district.
  24. Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and the district.
  25. Oversee best practices in operational management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
  6. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
