Job Summary:

The Regional District Central Okanagan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Officer to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of administrative, legislative, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Director of Corporate Services/Deputy CAO on governance and administrative matters.
  • Oversee the management of corporate services, including human resources, finance, and information technology.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including elected officials, staff, and the public.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a local government setting.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Salary: $149,950 per year
