Position Overview:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy through various communication channels.
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to customer needs.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update pricing and inventory documentation.
  • Facilitate order processing and manage product receipts.
  • Compile and refresh monthly sales analytics.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with operational and logistics teams for seamless communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication abilities in French and English.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in sales or a comparable role is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
  • Dedication to providing superior customer service.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and time management.
