About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle customer requests by finding quick and effective solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Coordinate actions with other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage price lists, order placements, receipts, and inventory file updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales reports, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.
  • Update technical data sheets (MSDS) and ensure their availability, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate monthly inventories to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve processes and the quality of our products and services, driving continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination, driving business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Inventory and data management skills, with proficiency in common computer tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience in internal sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to policy or procedural changes, with a strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing quality service.
  • Prioritization skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
