Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle customer requests by finding quick and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Coordinate actions with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage price lists and ensure weekly updates.
  • Handle order placements and product receipts.
  • Update inventory files accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales reports.
  • Update technical data sheets (MSDS) and ensure their availability.
  • Communicate monthly inventories to customers.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve processes and the quality of our products and services.
  • Work closely with operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (bilingualism required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Inventory and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Experience in internal sales or a similar role (an asset).
  • Ability to adapt to policy or procedural changes.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing quality service.
  • Prioritization skills are essential.
