Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team of analysts throughout the request handling process, ensuring a high level of quality for proposals submitted to clients and information entered in systems. This person will be the main point of contact for various customers, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate request management process.
  • Maintain and organize all cases.
  • Work in partnership with sales, operations, and other departments.
  • Validation and data entry.
  • Actively participate in bidding and pricing process.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational support.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a field related to the position or combination of studies and relevant experience.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
  • English and French language proficiency.
