  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the trailer industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or product or technical support experience in the heavy construction and forestry equipment industry.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of trailer dealers and the trailer industry.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
  • Aggressive team player, people person, self-starter, and motivated towards goals.
  • Recent driver's abstract and valid passport required.
