STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Associate to join our STEMSOFT SOFTWARE team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering practical solutions and applications based on your strong technical skills, providing tailored software solutions meeting the highest quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Configure STEMSOFT products to align with customer-driven technical specifications and requirements.
Ensure that configuration user stories meet the acceptance criteria as per the agile configuration process.
Collaborate with teammates (internally and externally) to enhance knowledge sharing and drive collective problem-solving.
Assist team members (internally and externally) by providing technical guidance and support, contributing to team efficacy and efficiency.
Contribute to the success of the team by being an active participant in team meetings and offering a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
2 years of experience in technical implementation or basic software development.
Demonstrated ability to configure technical products to meet specific customer needs.
Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity and ability to handle standard technical issues.
