About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hill's Canada. As a trusted advisor to our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving human resources strategies that support business objectives and elevate organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results
- Provide leadership and guidance on HR initiatives and projects
- Anticipate and plan for human capital implications to achieve business goals
- Align the business unit with enterprise HR principles, policies, and standards
- Manage talent management programs, including career development, talent planning, and performance enablement
- Ensure onboarding and assimilation processes align with the organization's vision and culture
- Propose solutions and best practices aligned with HR strategy and COHREs
- Manage recruitment of contract or temporary employees
- Spearhead and influence new ways of working to drive organizational success
- Develop impactful solutions for people and organizational challenges
- Collaborate with business leaders on employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as an employee advocate and establish workforce relationships
- Coach and support leaders' capabilities to create a positive employee relations work environment
- Establish proactive and responsive channels of communication
- Advise and coach business leaders and managers on employee inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives and projects
- Experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role supporting Leadership Teams
- Navigating a large multinational organization at a corporate office
- One or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
- Using SAP-HR and Success Factors systems
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources or related discipline
- Master's degree
- CPG experience
- Senior leadership support/stakeholder management
