About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our management team and lead HR for Hill's second largest subsidiary. As a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, the HRBP will be instrumental in delivering solutions that foster a high-performing work environment, anticipate and act on human capital needs, and ensure the alignment of HR principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Partnership: Be a trusted partner to key cross-functional leaders, working collaboratively across teams to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results.
  • Talent Management and Acquisition: Coach the organization in the areas of communication skills, career paths, promoting a positive work environment through formal and informal feedback sessions.
  • Organization Effectiveness: Spearhead and influence new ways of working in collaboration with the business to drive organizational success.
  • Positive Employee Relations: Serve as an employee advocate by establishing workforce relationships.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: At least 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives and projects, including HR Generalist/HRBP role supporting Leadership Teams, navigating a large multinational organization at a corporate office, and one or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design).
  • Skills: Strong and proven project management, presentation, and facilitation skills required. Excellent spoken & written communication (English required, French would be an asset) and problem-solving skills.
