- Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, including specialty dishes and meals for special guests or functions.
- Source and requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement menus that meet our quality standards and cater to customer preferences.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Dependability, organization, and reliability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
