Position Overview

F & J Woodworking Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to support staff to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administer policies regarding the management of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate and plan for various office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and produce regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and development for staff members.
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics.
  • Oversee payroll functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 to 37.5 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
