Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at EHN Willowview Recovery Centre. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to adults 18 and older with mental health and addiction-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide treatment management, guidance, and prescribe medications as needed, in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing health teaching.
  • Support clients, families, and significant others in their recovery journey.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and provide information on addiction services.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan.
  • Basic CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
