Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addictions-related issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and administration
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program with pharmacological training
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan
- Recent clinical experience in addictions treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
