Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide medication management and administration in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and significant others to promote recovery and wellness.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a therapeutic environment that fosters client learning and growth.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan.
- Recent clinical experience in medication administration and leadership roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
