About the Role

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at EHN Willowview Recovery Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide medication management and administration in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and significant others to promote recovery and wellness.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and provide support to clients and their loved ones.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan.
  • Basic CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience in medication administration and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
