About the Role

Rosedale Global High School is seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of education policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research to inform education policy development and program implementation.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise and support a team of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers.
  • Produce Reports: Develop and disseminate reports on education policy research and program evaluation.
  • Monitor Education Policies and Programs: Monitor and analyze education policies and programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate Curriculum Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct Statistical Analyses: Conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost-effectiveness of education policies and programs.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on education policy and program development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia on education policy and program research.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and support office and volunteer staff in the development and implementation of education policies and programs.
