About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Client Onboarding to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Capital Markets organization, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for our clients, ensuring seamless and efficient integration into our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary steps
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage and monitor onboarding metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in onboarding and client management
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to onboarding and client management
