Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, helping them to get the most out of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our financial services and products.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to our clients.
  • Act as a product expert, communicating the features and benefits of our financial services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
