Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Retail Operations: Extensive experience in retail operations, including store management, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of retail operations, including store management, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
