Customer Billing Coordinator II

Job Overview:
CliftonLarsonAllen is in search of a dedicated professional with a strong background in Billing Operations & Client Relations to support accounts receivable functions for various clients. Key responsibilities encompass managing customer service inquiries related to billing and changes in property ownership.
- Client Interaction: Serves as the main contact for client questions regarding billing services. Oversees requests for property ownership modifications, prepares final bills, and facilitates new customer onboarding. Investigates ownership discrepancies, keeps accurate records, and documents account activities. Manages billing, collections, and payment plans.
- Client Assistance: Provides support for rate adjustments, consumption analysis, and liaises with residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of three years in customer service and accounts receivable, with proficient data entry capabilities.
- Education: High school diploma is required; an Associate's degree in customer service or business is advantageous.
