  • Client Interaction: Serves as the main contact for customer queries regarding billing services. Oversees requests for property ownership changes, prepares final bills, and facilitates new customer onboarding. Investigates ownership discrepancies, maintains comprehensive records, and documents account activities. Manages billing processes, collections, and payment plans.
  • Client Assistance: Provides support for rate adjustments, prepares consumption reports, and communicates effectively with residents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years in customer service and accounts receivable, with proficient data entry capabilities.
