Job Title: Director, Integrated Program Delivery, Canada Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Integrated Program Delivery team in Canada Retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of planning, developing, and delivering initiatives across all Canada Retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development and delivery of integrated programs and projects across Canada Retail locations.
  • Collaborate with business unit leads, Corporate Real Estate, and service partners to ensure business requirements are anticipated and represented in the development of regional strategies and network operations.
  • Drive plans to proactively address business needs and improve the quality of service delivery with regards to Workplace Services & Operations.
  • Act as the principal point of liaison in the event of executive escalations relative to premises operations.
  • Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of all Canada Retail programs, including branch electrification and signage replacement, in region.
  • Establish and monitor quantitative standards of performance and provide timely project and program executive summaries.
  • Leverage Service Partner and industry contacts to bring best-in-class Facility Management solutions that address emerging business needs.
  • Establish and oversee an effective asset management strategy that allows CRE to advise business lines on lifecycle planning.
  • Oversee capital and operational budget forecasts and challenge, validate, and control new engagements against budget and policies for Canada Retail Programs.
  • Provide governance oversight and reporting to ensure all areas of CRE comply with internal policies and programs and external regulatory and legislative obligations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of real estate experience with a strong understanding of Facilities Operations & Project Management.
  • Strong cost control, client focus, responsiveness to business goals, and strategic business acumen.
  • Experience in managing outsourced vendor relationships.
  • Well-established in building, developing, and leading teams of professionals.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian Retail network and operations.
  • Proven knowledge of all aspects of facilities management processes and experience in managing outsourced vendor relationships.
