About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HRIS and Workforce Systems throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, resignations, terminations, and status updates.
  • Facilitate and participate in the orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Review and validate timecards for bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of seniority lists and adhere to established procedures for internal job postings and employee assignments.
  • Conduct monthly audits of wages and probationary periods, implementing necessary changes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding scheduling and payroll.
  • Process time and attendance transactions in the timekeeping system, including leave requests.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or payroll administration within a complex environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or familiarity with staffing and payroll software is advantageous.
  • A clear Criminal Record Check.
  • A reliable mode of transportation.
  • A strong commitment to enhancing the quality of care for seniors.
