Position Overview:- Oversee the complete recruitment process for craft roles across project sites
- Engage in the hiring of temporary foreign workers
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
- Contribute to workforce planning discussions
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
- Conduct project site orientations and verify certifications
- Issue employment documentation and coordinate training sessions
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally within the construction sector
- Experience in a fast-paced onboarding environment
- Understanding of staffing strategies and employment regulations
- Demonstrated success in hiring and employee retention
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work collaboratively and manage priorities
- Commitment to customer service and ethical practices
