Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at London Drugs. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising and Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Customer Service and Engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Store Operations and Administration
    • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a sales leadership role
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
