Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity requires knowledge and experience in the field of valve automation sales, together with a strong commitment to top-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the core of buying decisions and work with allies and associates to ensure that the Rotork message is delivered in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience in Oil and Gas sales.
  • Experience working with valve automation and engineered industrial products.
  • Strong existing business relations with customers in target industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers, and suppliers.
