Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our in-person sales team and Community Ambassador team. As a Senior Field Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key sales influencers, and driving sales growth in our ever-expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Trust Champion: Foster strong, trust-filled relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Leadership and Development: Motivate and lead a team of sales professionals, establishing strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans.
  • Results Measurement: Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, driving continuous growth and improvement.
  • Establish Connections: Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencers, and external partners to expand our company's presence and reach new heights.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead initiatives and events that generate meaningful relationships with customers, driving subscriber growth and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of direct sales in Western Canada, with strong experience in leading event and door-to-door teams (telecommunications experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of fiber-optic internet technology and technology trends that help businesses connect and evolve.
  • A proven history of driving growth and improving results, with a focus on identifying strengths, opportunities, and measuring success.
  • Knowledge of rural and sub-urban communities, including their connectivity needs and the value of fiber internet.
  • An open and honest approach to salesmanship, with a focus on delivering on every promise made to customers.
