Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Danbel Global Services Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee contract management processes.
  • Implement training and development initiatives.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Supervise the preparation of various reports.
  • Provide advisory support to senior management.
  • Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.

  • Must be bondable.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Manage a large caseload and workload effectively.
