Job Title: Associate Learning

At Eli Lilly and Company, we are committed to making life better for people around the world. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within the therapeutic areas they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging, efficient, and effective learning programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in relevant therapeutic areas, including diabetes, obesity, and cardio-metabolic health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as marketing, medical, and sales, to identify gaps and desired learning outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs to build clinical confidence and product knowledge.
  • Evaluate and update learning programs and content to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in diabetes or cardio-metabolic health
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an important asset
  • Ability to connect with a broad range of audiences and leverage virtual training platforms
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong influence, communication, and networking skills to build relationships with cross-functional leadership and peers
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to guide strategic and tactical planning
