About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Eli Lilly and Company. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within the therapeutic areas they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs to build clinical confidence and product knowledge.
  • Conduct needs and gap assessments to inform the delivery of appropriate training resources to the sales force.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify gaps and desired learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local selling environment, marketplace trends, and affiliate/business unit objectives.
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in Diabetes or cardio-metabolic health
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an important asset
  • Ability to connect with broad range of audiences and ability to leverage use of virtual training platforms
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams etc.
  • Strong influence, communication and networking skills to build relationships with cross functional leadership and peers
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning.
