Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Eli Lilly and Company. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within therapeutic areas, in a manner that is engaging, efficient, and anchored in the realities of the Canadian Healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs to build clinical confidence and product knowledge.
  • Conduct needs and gap assessments, and make recommendations for appropriate learning interventions.
  • Facilitate training programs for the sales force, and develop sales training materials for clinical confidence and product training.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local selling environment, marketplace trends, and affiliate/business unit objectives.
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects, and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an important asset.
  • Ability to connect with a broad range of audiences, and ability to leverage the use of virtual training platforms.
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Strong influence, communication, and networking skills to build relationships with cross-functional leadership and peers.
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning.
