Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within the therapeutic areas they are responsible for. This will involve designing and delivering training programs that are engaging, efficient, and anchored in the realities of the Canadian Healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to build clinical confidence and product knowledge.
  • Conduct needs and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for appropriate learning interventions.
  • Develop and implement sales training materials for clinical confidence and product training.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local selling environment, marketplace trends, and affiliate/business unit objectives.
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an important asset
  • Ability to connect with broad range of audiences and ability to leverage use of virtual training platforms
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams etc.
  • Strong influence, communication and networking skills to build relationships with cross functional leadership and peers
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning
