We are introducing a pivotal role aimed at spearheading our field visual merchandising initiatives. This position will focus on establishing a contemporary and cohesive aesthetic in our retail locations, aligning with our core values of delivering exceptional value and creating an easily navigable shopping experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • A dedicated Field Visual Merchandiser with a proven track record in team management.
  • Experience in effectively executing visual merchandising strategies across a diverse range of retail locations.
  • A proactive and organized leader with a commercial mindset, capable of developing structured plans to ensure uniformity across our stores while supporting our ambitious expansion goals.
  • A vital connection between field operations and head office teams, ensuring a seamless transition from VM coordination to practical execution at the store level.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback on operational processes.
  • Proficient in analyzing reports, store profiles, and company resources to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in training and enhancing visual merchandising skills at various levels.
  • Willingness to embrace a hybrid role that involves regular travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, facilitating schedules, communication, training, and professional development.
  • Developing the Field Visual Merchandising strategy with a focus on training, skill enhancement, consistent execution, and innovative VM initiatives.
  • Identifying and leveraging in-store colleague support to aid in the rollout of visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensuring effective store communications regarding visual merchandising guidelines to facilitate successful launches and implementations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Trading, Commercial, Retail, Store Design, and store opening teams.
  • Consistently driving results and meeting business objectives within established timelines.
