Key Qualifications:

  • A driven Field Visual Merchandiser with prior experience in team management.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement visual merchandising strategies across a diverse range of retail locations.
  • An organized and commercially minded leader who will develop a structured approach to ensure consistency across our stores while supporting our ambitious expansion plans.
  • A vital connection between field operations and head office teams, ensuring a seamless transition from VM coordination to practical execution at the store level.
  • A proactive individual who can identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable feedback.
  • Proficient in analyzing reports, store profiles, and company tools to inform commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in training and developing visual merchandising skills at various levels.
  • Willingness to embrace a hybrid role that includes regular travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, training, and development.
  • Developing the Field VM strategy with a focus on training, skill enhancement, consistent execution, and innovative VM initiatives.
  • Identifying and leveraging key in-store colleague support to facilitate the rollout of VM strategies.
  • Ensuring effective store communications regarding visual merchandising guidelines to support successful launches and implementations.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Trading, Commercial, Retail, Store Design, and store opening teams.
  • Consistently driving results and meeting deadlines while prioritizing business objectives.
