Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual merchandising journey. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a modern and consistent store experience that aligns with our business values. Your expertise will help us deliver a seamless shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of visual merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy, focusing on training, upskilling, and consistent implementation across our store portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trading, Commercial, Retail, and Store Design, to drive results and meet business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising processes and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with store colleagues to ensure successful rollouts of visual merchandising strategies and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, store profiles, and company tools to inform commercial decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a strong background in team management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work in a hybrid office/field role.
