Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A dedicated Field Visual Merchandiser with prior experience in team management.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement visual merchandising strategies across a diverse range of store formats.
  • An organized and proactive leader with a commercial mindset, capable of developing structured plans to ensure consistency across our retail locations while supporting our ambitious expansion strategy.
  • A vital link between field operations and head office teams, ensuring clear communication and practical execution of visual merchandising directives at the store level.
  • An individual who can identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback on operational efficiencies.
  • Proficient in analyzing reports, store profiles, and company resources to inform commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in training and developing visual merchandising skills across various levels.
  • Willingness to embrace a hybrid role that involves regular travel and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, training, and development.
  • Developing the Field Visual Merchandising strategy with a focus on training, skill enhancement, consistent execution, and innovative visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Leveraging in-store colleague support to facilitate the rollout of visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensuring clear communication regarding visual merchandising guidelines to support successful launches and implementations in stores.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Trading, Commercial, Retail, Store Design, and store opening teams.
  • Consistently driving results and meeting business priorities within established deadlines.
