We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual merchandising journey and create a modern and consistent look in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our visual merchandising strategy across our store portfolio, managing a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, and working closely with our trading, commercial, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of visual merchandising strategies
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with our business values and objectives
  • Collaborate with our trading, commercial, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance visual merchandising operations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for Field Visual Merchandisers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our store design team to ensure visual merchandising strategies align with our store design principles
