Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Morison Insurance Brokers Inc. in Burlington, Ontario.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing commercial accounts, reviewing renewals with clients, and providing coverage recommendations. They will also assist clients with their day-to-day inquiries and have opportunities to write new business through referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and service commercial accounts
- Review renewals with clients and provide coverage recommendations
- Assist clients with day-to-day inquiries
- Write new business through referrals
- Market existing accounts to insurance companies
- Develop insurance market knowledge to understand where a risk will fit
- Understand wordings and coverages to compare insurance policies and quotes
- Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Knowledge in Commercial Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, and Farm Insurance
- Completed, enrolled, or interested in Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses
- College Insurance Program Diploma or undergraduate degree
- Strong customer service skills to build relationships and maintain long-term growth and retention
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
