Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling commercial insurance inquiries, and working closely with our Commercial Insurance Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions, providing advice and assistance with commercial insurance needs.
- Process incoming commercial paperwork, assist with quotes, and update customer files.
- Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims status.
- Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications.
- High school and/or post-secondary education.
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment.
- Commercial insurance experience is an asset.
- RIBO license is an asset.
- Exposure to Epic is an asset.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
