  • Perform administrative tasks to support the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in secretarial studies, legal secretarial studies, or equivalent training.
  • 5+ years of experience in legal secretarial work, particularly in litigation.
  • Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent grammar skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and basic Excel skills.
