Job Summary

Hire Hub Placement Agency is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources management
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
