- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship programs that pair employees with experienced colleagues to support their career development.
- Networking Opportunities: Provide opportunities for employees to network and build relationships with colleagues and industry professionals.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
