Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs that align with our organizational goals.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
