Human Resources Specialist Role

Gazouli Contracting Ltd. is on the lookout for a meticulous and systematic individual to become part of our team as a Human Resources Specialist. The perfect candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college program or equivalent diploma lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Experience: Between 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee consultation and grievance protocols
  • Determine staffing needs
  • Offer employee support and counseling services
  • Evaluate applicant pools
  • Facilitate selection processes
  • Inform candidates of selection outcomes
  • Advise on recruitment policies
  • Coordinate employee consultation initiatives
  • Oversee personnel administrative staff
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
