Conflict Resolution and MediationMediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
Research and AnalysisConduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to support business decisions.
Benefits AdministrationAdminister benefit programs, including employment equity and other human resources programs.
Performance ManagementCoordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
Training and DevelopmentDevelop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Benefits and Health and SafetyResearch and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance.
Collective BargainingNegotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
- English language proficiency.
