Human Resources Specialist

At Consolidated Gypsum Supply, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity that requires a strong background in HR and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer performance management processes, employee training, and complete various management reports.

• Provide coaching and support in delivering HR services and programs to the organization.

• Collaborate with Service Canada on the LMIA application process and work with an outside agency for full-cycle recruitment support.

• Develop HR policies, programs, and practices, and maintain a process to ensure policies are circulated, communicated, and outdated policies/practices are revised.

• Maintain knowledge of all employment-related legislation and regulations for the province of Alberta and Saskatchewan.

• Provide guidance on compensation programs and maintain contact and service relationships with third-party providers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

• Recent experience working with Service Canada, the LMIA process, and recruitment of foreign workers
