Culinary Services Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing culinary operations within our organization. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and staff management to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary school education is mandatory.

- Assess and forecast the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and onboard food service personnel.
- Guarantee that all food items and services adhere to established quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the distribution of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Set and manage work schedules for the team.
Applicants should possess between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
